Attorney, Entrepreneur, and 2024 Republican Nominee for U.S. Congress (Michigan’s 11th District)
Nick Somberg is a Michigan attorney, small-business owner, and constitutional-rights advocate from Oakland County. He is the founder of Somberg Law, PLLC, where he represents clients in criminal defense and personal injury matters across Metro Detroit.
In 2024, Nick was the Republican nominee for the United States House of Representatives in Michigan’s 11th Congressional District, winning the August primary. He is an outspoken defender of civil liberties, including as the plaintiff in the First Amendment case Somberg v. McDonald, No. 23-1872 (6th Cir. 2024).
